Practical AI for businesses that don't have time to experiment.
We find the two or three places AI will actually save your team hours, build them, document them in plain English, and train your people to run them. Fixed scope. Quoted up front. You own everything we build.
Good fit: teams of 3–30 who want everyone at the same baseline.
Ongoing
Managed AI retainer
A standing monthly engagement: we monitor what's running, fix what breaks, and ship one improvement a month as the tools change.
Monthly review of what's working and what's not
Priority response when an automation fails
Model and tool updates handled for you
Cancel any month — no annual contract
Good fit: businesses running two or more automations that matter.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same four steps, so you always know what comes next.
Audit
We spend time with the people doing the work and map what repeats, what's manual, and what's costing you.
You get: ranked opportunity list, one-page summary
Scope & quote
We write down exactly what will be built, what "done" looks like, and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you've signed off.
You get: one-page scope, fixed quote, timeline
Build & test
We build in your accounts, test against your real data, and show you working software before go-live — not slides.
You get: working automation, runbook, walkthrough video
Enable & support
We train whoever runs it, stay on for 30 days of fixes, and hand over every credential and document.
You get: trained team, full ownership, optional retainer
Proof of work
We don't just advise on software. We build and run it.
The clearest proof we can offer a client is a product we built, launched, and operate ourselves — with real customers, real payments, and automations that run unattended.

AGAndre German · Founder, AAG Digital Solutions
"I've spent my career inside a large company watching good people lose hours to processes nobody questioned. Most of that work is automatable today — but only if someone takes the time to understand the business first."
Andre works in the human resources organization of a Fortune 50 company, where his job is making processes work for the people who live inside them — onboarding, systems access, and the hand-offs between teams. Before HR he spent time in sales, where he learned that "that's just the process" is usually the start of a problem, not the end of one.
One example: as a sales rep, he noticed customers were being left to handle installation work the company was actually responsible for. He found the internal documentation that proved it, escalated it to leadership, and the result was a nationwide technician retraining program. That instinct — read the fine print, fix the root cause, write it down so it stays fixed — is how AAG approaches every engagement.
In 2026 he founded AAG Digital Solutions and, as its first product, built and launched The Gridiron Ledger end to end: product, data pipeline, payments, and marketing automation.

Straight answers
Questions owners ask before they call.
What does this cost?
The audit is free. Everything after it is a fixed quote written before work starts — you'll never get an hourly surprise. Builds are priced by scope; training is priced per session; retainers are a flat monthly fee you can cancel any month.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Almost never. We build on top of what you already pay for — your email, calendar, CRM, spreadsheets, and accounting tools — and only recommend something new when it clearly pays for itself.
What happens to our data?
It stays in your accounts. Every tool is set up in your name, and part of training is a clear list of what should and shouldn't go into an AI system. We don't store your business data on our side.
How long does a typical build take?
Most first automations go live in two to four weeks from signed scope. Larger builds are broken into milestones so you see working pieces along the way rather than waiting for a big reveal.
What if it doesn't work for us?
Every build includes 30 days of fixes after launch, and every scope defines what "done" looks like before we start. If the audit shows AI isn't a good fit for your business yet, we'll tell you that up front — for free.
Do you work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
Yes. On-site work is DFW-based; audits, builds, and training all run fully remote for clients anywhere in the U.S.
